Subject: Help Wanted – Part-time Admin/ potential for future full-time & Therapist to join our team

CALM is growing!  Our patients and clients have been advocating about not wanting to be referred out for therapy, indicating that they would prefer to continue services at the clinic after their assessment is complete.

There are significant changes to the industry with new 2019 CPT testing codes, and we are not only investing in our partnership, but the clinic infrastructure.  It did not take much reflection to realize that now is the time to attend to our client’s requests and add someone who can support families with parenting needs- children with ADHD, trauma, and families with high conflict motivated for change.

Additionally, I am in need of administrative support and hoping to find someone that may have previous healthcare experience – but also willing to train.

WIth gratitude,

Jennifer Waltman, Psy.D., MBA
