Sida Ly-Xiong is the Director of Learning and Evaluation at Nexus Community Partners. She uses participatory methods to help programs and partners reflect on and describe their impact. Sida has over 15 years of experience in the public and nonprofit sectors, leading evaluative processes to advance equity and accountability. Sida currently serves as Chair of the Program in Health Disparities Research community-academic advisory board at the University of Minnesota Medical School and teaches in the Nonprofit Leadership Program at the University of Denver. In the past, Sida was involved with Asian Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy, Open Cities Health Center Board, and the Project 515 Finance Committee. Sida holds a Master’s of Science degree in Science, Technology and Environment Policy from the Humphrey School for Public Affairs.
